class descriptions

tuesdays & thursdays @ 7pm CT

accessible | restorative - 75 mins

I have received special training to ensure that our classes are accessible, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirming. This class is for the sensitive ones, chronically ill, neurodivergent, covid longhaulers, covid-conscious, disabled, trauma survivors, fat folx - anyone who would benefit from having a regular movement practice, in community, from the safety of home. Class includes slow, grounding, mindful movement through gentle yoga asana postures, with space for connection around our shared intentions of ease, healing, and collective liberation.

saturdays @ 12pm CT

accessible | slow flow - 65 mins

This class flows like a typical slow flow asana class, beginning with grounding, centering, and setting intentions. We move into a long, juicy warm up, and after slowly building on a theme, cool down towards savasana. As time allows, class will close with a short mantra practice. Leave feeling energized and alive!

sundays @ 12pm CT

accessible | bhakti flow - 75 mins

This class is an opportunity to dive deeper into the devotional aspect of yoga with music, poetry, mudra, & pranayama. Class begins with a short dharma talk, then we’ll ground, center, set intentions, and chant oms. Movement builds into a nourishing warm up, incorporating classic and creative asanas linked to our theme. After savasana, class will close with mantra practice. Leave vibrating with Sat Chit Ananda (Truth, Consciousness, Bliss)!
